Our work is very much about learning from experiences. We return again and again to the need to learn, since we believe it leads to development; learning IS development.
Therefore, we organize many forums, courses and seminars about mission, religious freedom, economic management, project planning, organizational development, communication, human rights, sustainable development and conflict management among others.
But learning is not only about courses and forums.
We also support the work of member organizations through learning from experience and strengthening links between planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of their own work. To consciously want to learn means creating space to reflect on what we do, reach conclusions from this and let those conclusions influence how the work is carried out in the future.
