The aim is to become better at taking control of the situation, activities and the future of the organization. We want to support our members and their partner organizations through:
• Increased knowledge and awareness about organizational development.
• Support long-term organizational development processes by using experienced facilitators
• Give advice about how to prepare and implement organizational development activities.
